We uphold the highest standard of quality for every purchase If you are not happy with any product you rpurchase from Farmgate Meats please contact us and we will work quickly to remedy any concerns you have. This could result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product if after Five days from the delivery of your product we will be unable to replace or credit the goods.

Orders And Payment

All Farmgate Meats products can be purchased via our Website or by phoning us or emailing us. Payment can be made via online banking to our Bank Account.

Price And Delivery

Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Delivery time

Our packs are dispatched twice weekly. For areas outside same day courier service your meat will arrive by overnight courier. If for any reason you require your delivery outside of these times please request and we will do our utmost to supply when you require.

We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order. Please note we are unable to deliver to Rural Delivery addresses due to Couriers unable to service those areas. To ensure a successful delivery, please notify in the delivery instructions where you will want the meat left if you’re not at home. The Courier will leave the meat at your home if no one is there to receive it.

Please advise us as soon as possible if your delivery address changes.

Remember we also offer Free Delivery on our Regular Delivery Trips in Central Otago, Dunedin, Mosgiel and Southland


If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and tell you of the expected delivery date. If we can’t deliver your order within a fortnight from the time we receive your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund the purchase price.

We stand behind our Quality Product

We breed and grow all our meat on our farm. Unlike other businesses we do not buy in any Beef and Lamb. This way we can guarantee that our meat has had a happy life and we are fully in control of their care and welfare.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with our products or you do not receive the products you expected, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will happily refund the purchase price paid.

Our animals do vary in size and yield however will be within approximate weights as advertised

Any refunds by us will be made to the bank account they payment was made from
